Hypnosis is a therapy that connects us with the deep resources of our inner world. It helps us to get to know ourselves better, to soothe the emotions that disturb us, to overcome unwanted behaviors and to change our limiting beliefs.
As a hypnotherapist, I accompany you on this inner journey, with kindness and precision. My role is to help you reconnect with who you really are, with what’s alive inside you, to regain clarity, momentum and freedom.
My approach is in line with the teachings of François Roustang, a major figure in contemporary hypnosis, and also draws increasingly on Japanese thought. Philosophers such as Nishida Kitarō and Watsuji Tetsurō, who combine Eastern wisdom with Western thought, deeply inspire my therapeutic work.
