To care is to meet the other.
As a physician, hypnotherapist and trainer, I deeply believe that every human being is a unique universe, rich in sensations, experiences and unexplored inner resources.
Caring means accepting to meet this universe in all its differences, with respect and curiosity. It means allowing listening to become presence, and the therapeutic relationship to open up as a living space where the other can reveal himself.
It is in this openness to otherness and dialogue that the encounter between hypnosis and Japan naturally takes place .
Two distinct universes that respond to, illuminate and fertilize each other. Two paths that invite us to encounter the other – whether patient, culture or inner landscape – in order to create new resonances, new bridges towards care and understanding of the living.
Nurtured by my deep interest in Japan, this site highlights the work of Japanese and French therapists and artists. Together, we explore the resonances between the therapeutic world and practices such as calligraphy, the tea ceremony, Zen meditation, the martial arts and the Ma, the subtle interval at the heart of many Japanese traditions.
Articles, interviews, photographs and videos offer unprecedented perspectives, both for therapists and for anyone sensitive to Japanese culture.
Let yourself be inspired by dialogue between hypnosis and Japanese culture.
